1. Authors are required to submit a complete manuscript without author or institutional details, accompanied by a separate title page containing the authors' information and affiliations.
  2. The Editor/Manager assigns the anonymized manuscript to an Editorial Board member for an initial desk review. The journal utilizes an Open Journal System for efficient management.
  3. The Editorial Board member sends the article to the Editor after the desk review and initial screening.
  4. The Editor sends the articles that successfully clear the desk review to two reviewers, including national and international experts, for peer review.
  5. Reviewers receive notifications via email and the Open Journal System.
  6. Based on the reviewers' evaluations, the Editor determines whether the article is acceptable for publication. If positive reviews are received, the article proceeds to the copy-editing stage; otherwise, it is returned to the author(s) for revisions.
  7. Copy editing involves further proofreading and formatting corrections to ensure the article's compliance with the journal's standards.
  8. Upon completion of the copy-editing process, the Editor initiates the production and publication stages. A PDF version of the article, including the abstract and authors' affiliations, is uploaded to the Open Journal System for publication.
